The file "OC.Tool" contains:

TRM - what is it? And will this platform is available? (now source not available)

It's the Tiny Register Machine, the hardware developed as part of the Supercomputer in a Pocket project (see http://www.nativesystems.inf.ethz.ch/WebHomeResearch).

As far as I know, there was no discussion yet about whether it will be available to the public - but certainly not "tomorrow".
