Title: AVR tool set (Oberon 2007 Language)

I found that the ETH using AVR microcontrollers, for students.
And, as I understand, is available Oberon compiler for AVR.

I would like to know:
It is an open project?

The compiler can be downloaded here. assembla (http://svn.assembla.com/svn/oberonru/trunk/)
Now comes the work (in one's own time :) ) for the integration of Oberon-07 in AVRStudio.
In particular:
1. ELF (completed but not included)
2. Creating a separate Windows application (in progress)
3. DWARF (in progress)
