I propose to completely separate the input methods from the functionality code.
As there is hope that the GUI will be expanded by the missing features that would render it as useful as the Gadgets interface (GUI creation by drag and drop; GUI object browser for inspection and modification; quick GUI creation by commandline command like "WM.InsertObject 'Panel Content' "), it makes sense to decouple functionality from the GUI at this time.
Enclosed a translated OdClient.Mod for the Bluebottle Interface.
We are eager to see your commendable work for Oberon DAV flourish !

Agreed. Separation of functionality and UI is state of the art for decades  ;D So let's do it.
A student working on Subversion for Oberon could perhaps do a GUI. His advantage would be that he has the experts at his fingertips concerning the GUI.
Perhaps something similar to tkcvs oder TortoiseSVN is possible.

Cheers, Edgar

Since the sources are now in the /trunk, I suggest that you (Pat) just check in your modifications... As a next step, the modules should be free of old Oberon code, i.e. not import the modules In and Out.

- Port Od*.Mod to AOS, i.e. use Commands instead of In/Out (done staubesv)

*done:
- OdClient.Mod, OdAuth.Mod and OdSvn.Mod use Commands instead of In/Out.
- Added Od* files to Release.Tool

*issues:
- OdClientTools.Mod: Module name not equal to filename. Edgar: Could you rename either the file or module?

*comment:
Haven't tested the changes. If you encounter a bug, please directly fix it.
