Most flash storage devices are sold with a FAT file system and experts typically advise against reformatting.  Also most OSs, those in the Oberon family included, can mount a FAT f. s.  Consequently I am interested to use a flash store with intact FAT f. s. as Work DIrectory in UnixAOS.  The only difficulty I've noticed is that the link .aoshome to home=/usr/aos, which /usr/bin/aos attempts to create, is not accommodated.  Without the link, the File Manager lacks access to /usr/aos.

A .aoshome directory in the Work Directory and
Code:
sudo mount --rbind /usr/aos .aoshome
should solve this.  Criticisms?  A better idea?

Thanks,                          ... Peter E.
